The book explores a new approach to science and technology based on Eastern (Taoist) philosophy, by bringing together material from the three major domains of learning and knowledge: the arts and humanities; the social sciences, and science, technology, engineering and mathematics. This learning is used to address Unity of Knowledge and the development of a new Theory of Knowledge that is built on a different perception of the universe and humanity, to that which dominates in the European world.
