A couple of Fulbrights longtime employees upon hearing the news that the CEO's position is up for grabs figure they should be the ones selected to takeover but their chauvenistic world of advertising is soon threatened when a young upstart female account executive A. J. Taylor puts her name into the ring shortly after the rules for the competition are laid down. Despite being forced to play by the rules her competition sets she plays the game for keeps as well as any man.
