"A Gray Endeavor" is the story of a young man who learns of this long forgotten secret, and is forced to embark on the quest to unite with all of the lost and wandering pieces which had fled from him at birth. It is a journey filled with danger, as he must combat secret assassins, sent by a mysterious and foreboding master, as well as the threat of corruption from the very thing he seeks. In this journey, he must align himself with strange allies to face even stranger foes, and fight through many hardships, if he is to gain the gift promised upon completion of his quest. However he has been warned; that victory does not always bring power, power does not always bring joy, and joy rarely comes without a price.
