Publisher's Synopsis
Cara and Lisa could hardly believe it. They had just married the men they loved. Their double wedding at the Bonnet House in Fort Lauderdale was a dream. The evening of their wedding was perfect .The sun was slowly sinking in the west behind them as they walked, arm in arm with their fathers, down the isle the trees creating a green leafy canopy over their heads as they walked toward their guests. The white swans floated gently in the small lagoon as they walked by. And there were their men, patiently waiting for them at the alter. The theme for the reception which followed came from a recurring dream which Cara had experienced many times . It was the recreation of a ballroom on an ocean liner with tropical flowers and fruit, mingling their exotic fragrance in an atmosphere with palms, gentle breezes and light reflecting the gold and crystal of the table settings. A small ensemble, hidden from view behind the palms and flowers sent forth beautiful classical music cascading on the breezes into the room. Who could have believed their honeymoon, a cruise which had promised all the glories which they could want, as a follow up to their beautiful wedding, would turn into a mystery which would leave them all wondering about their sanity. Who was the mystery woman who seemed to be always watching them and who sent them on a seeming wide goose chase into the small walled city. Then they found it, the mysterious shrine which would turn out to hold answers to questions they had as yet given voice to. Why did the picture which they all took on their cell phones disappear. Where did the small drawing of the young woman at the shrine come from and why did Cara suddenly realize she knew who the woman was? When they returned home they brought the mystery with them. And as they began their lives as newly weds they also began working on a mystery which would completely change who Cara's life.
