When Agnes Foster finds herself stuck in the middle of a storm with her sick younger brother, she once more finds a reason to cement her doubt in God. But as fate would have it, God sends a good Samaritan her way. Thomas Burleson, a young man finding his footing in God, becomes her knight in shining armor that night in the storm. Something much more powerful than the darkness of her father's involvement in permanently confining his father to a wheelchair, egged him on. Although the pain resurfaced, it could not restrain the feeling of being incomplete without her in his life. Contrary to his mother's will, he had gone ahead to play by his feelings, trusting God to help him win her to Him and much more to himself. What had started out as being a good Samaritan in a heavy storm, turned to be the genesis of a love story, and most importantly; a reconciliation to God; one where the darkest of history, could not withstand the power of love and the light of Christ.
