Publisher's Synopsis
While hunting deer, John Moon--a man abandoned by his wife, living in a trailer, and making a living doing odd jobs and poaching game--accidentally kills a teenage girl, and his attempts to cover up and then find out who the girl was uncover a deadly pattern of evil involving local town residents.
