Charles Lutwidge Dogson, better known by his pen name Lewis Carroll, was born on January 27, 1832 in Daresbury, Cheshire, England. He is the author of the classics Alice´s Adventures in Wonderland (1865) and Through the Looking-Glass (1872). His works are characterized by his wonderful ability in the genre of literary nonsense.
