A successful husband faces a sudden fallout at home with his wife and work. To get away and think, he takes a trip to to meet a friend, who loves to research and dig up artifacts. The two of them partner, discover, and unleash something to good to be true in an unknown underground city below Washington D.C. Set in the mid to late 1990's Professor Alan Scott discovers how certain people really became powerful but at the cost of his own affliction and sanity. Against his own will at times, everyone he touches becomes part of this horrific tragedy. After a short time, he is believed to be dead but is somehow rediscovered and becomes a wanted man in his effort to stop a horrible entity, which still today, walks amongst us and influences our population.
