Born upon the Mountain of Hell and abandoned by his mother, the half-demon Drevid is different from other demons. He grows up friendless, a half-breed outcast while being raised in brutal warfare by his adoptive father, the fallen archangel Samael. In adulthood, Drevid is a dangerous, highly feared, and vehemently hated warrior, and eventually catches the stark eye of Satan himself, who commissions him with his most crucial task: Free the Demons of Hell so that the Legion might finally conquer Heaven.
However, while Drevid works toward fulfilling Satan's final plan, he encounters an angelic demon hunter named Lefliel, and everything changes. She captures his heart with her beauty, impresses him with her fighting skills, and softens him with her unwavering faith. With his own salvation hanging in the balance, Drevid finds himself torn between the duality of his divine nature. Caught between Heaven and Hell, Drevid must make a final and fateful choice: will he let Lefliel burn for eternity, or will he save her and risk ending the world forever?
