Publisher's Synopsis
The intelligentsia of Earth have finally realized that you shouldn't remove elements from the Earth and put them out into space. In response they have searched for, and found, the most promising sites in outer space that contains some of the key molecules that life on Earth requires for sustenance. The first probe has been launched on a mission to collect large quantities of molecules from the SMC. Suddenly, about fifty thousand miles from the reference point, the probe refuses to move closer.
