My name is Reggie Lacina and I'm the founder of Beat the Building inspector, a guide for creating a world class business. The nightmare is everyone competing for the lowest price to win jobs, trying to complete projects with limited resources, and constantly having to cut corners on the project to survive and make a profit, then get punished by the building inspector for violating codes and regulations.
