Luna Winchester is a PI who specializes in cases involving minorities, prejudice and, most of the time, going against the police force. Never one to let go of a mystery or risk someone's life, Luna delves deeper into the case, pulled by the evidence and the weird link the missing kid has to an inactive serial killer. As she follows the trail Ian left, a target is placed on her back and Luna needs to find this killer before he finds her. Can Luna solve this ten-year cold case when the police couldn't? And can she do it before someone else or herself get hurt?
