Breathe is about inhaling the good and exhaling the bad. It is about taking a step back in my life and taking a look at what I have done and who I have become. It gives me a sense of relief. I have always been afraid to step out of my comfort zone and in this book, I talk about some of the moments where I was presented some moments, that I did not take and I wished I had. This book gives you an insight of me. This book is also my calming book. I express some of my stress through certain life experiences and reveal the pain I have felt. It is a reflection on needing to find time to focus on yourself and keep that train of thought on that. Sometimes when we have so much going for ourselves and we are set on autopilot, we tend to forget to really stop, sit back and really inhale the beauty around us and see the world in a new way. We may work ourselves up; we may push ourselves too far, but in reality, all we need is to take a moment to stop and breathe.
