It's been several millennia since the devastating grip of climate change extinguished human life. But, in a last desperate act of unity, Earth's ancestors sent the planet into a different orbit to escape the clutches of its dying sun.
Over time, a new species evolved; a race of humanoid salamanders who must now overcome the same societal challenges and threats as those who came before them. As reports grow within her local village about rising problems of infertility, Iaina, an outcast shaman, is entrusted with a crucial mission: to unravel the growing crisis plaguing her village before it spirals into catastrophe.
Delving deeper, Iaina discovers an unsettling truth - the villagers' willingness to repeat the sins of the past may be leading them to a dark future. But can she convince society that they must change their ways in order to survive? Or will the villagers' fear of change seal their fate, leading to their own extinction?
