Publisher's Synopsis

Donald and his hoodlum friends are caught in an extensive police initiative targeting crime-ridden neighbourhoods. The heavy police saturation reduces the flow of drugs in the area and, with it, the flow of cash to Donald's crew. Looking for an alternative source of income, they rob a Hispanic restaurant, killing two of its patrons in the process. One of the victims is the brother of a racist Latino councilwoman who's not afraid to speak her mind, and now she's tired of talking. Her words and actions cause a race war in the city, testing all boundaries.
