Civil Court Service (‘The Brown Book') provides access to the full text of the CPR and all relevant materials in a single volume, combined with authoritative commentary from a team of leading judges and practitioners. Civil Court Service 2014 includes the 69th Update to the CPR, as well as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No 2) Rules 2014, covering: • Creation of a single County Court. The geographical jurisdictional boundaries will be removed from the county courts.
