Nathaniel's life had been a downward spiral since he had messed up the romance he had with Corey ten years prior. Standing on a busy city street, pondering what to do with his now aimless life, he sees her streaking towards him when tragedy strikes.
He doesn't know how she found him or why she had come and now she was in a coma, the answers locked within, perhaps forever.
As he attends vigil at Corey's bedside Nathaniel is visited by a mysterious professional calling himself Mr. End. The man offers Nathaniel a choice: tell the story of his time with Corey and save a life, or continue his downward spiral and let a life slip by.
Nathaniel decides to tell the story...with consequences he couldn't imagine.
