In ready-to-use WP format, this disk contains all 22 precedents printed in the book "Computer Contracts", 5th edition. The program drafts a selection of precedents, allows practitioners to produce contracts quickly and efficiently, and cross-references with the book. The amount if time-consuming, costly compilation is kept to a minimum, since the authors have set out in full on the disk any clauses which in the book are abridged or refer to another precedent. In addition, practitioners can reproduce documents for transactions to which they are a party or on which they are advising, since the disk grants a licence for purchasers to use the precedents on a single PC or word processor.
