After returning from a decade of victories, Lea and Cain McKenna were stripped of their commands and sent into isolation. Why? Because they refused the military's cybernetic implant. Their fall from grace exposed an Achilles heel in the new and improved human race. A computer virus could now kill. After an alien race uses the virus to disable a battle cruiser's crew and took the ship, GIS realized that it made a mistake. In desperation, President Anna Zahrof reverses her decision and recruits Lea and Cain to stop the alien invasion from destroying Earth. Racing against time to destroy the Jump Station, Lea and Cain work side by side to save the planet that hates them. Can they destroy the Jump Station before the alien fleet floods the Solar System?
