Publisher's Synopsis
The collection of poems included in this small book are the observations of many separate clients (both children and adults) in therapy sessions suffering from issues of depression, anxiety, autism, grief, divorce, loss, anger and self-esteem. Each client was conceptualized into a poem consisting of main issues and complexes. It gives a glimpse into the Psyche of the individual and allows the reader to experience their pain and isolation using a sense of creative imagination. Each one is unique and forms a creative picture of the person with the issues they are suffering from. It may be easy to identify what each poem is about and what that person was dealing with or it may not be that evident and you may have to work to understand them, just as I did.
