In 1932, Ramón Ruìz Alonso, staunch enemy of socialism, moves to Granada. Elected as a Member of Parliament for Granada at the CEDA in 1933, he becomes on of the most forceful reactionary politicians. He arrests Garcìa Lorca and takes him before the Civil Court, but was he also responsible for the accusations that led to the murder of the literary genius?
