An illustrated poem dedicated to the reunion of a daughter and her father. The old man in the poem has a dying wish to be loved. He is given a gift by an unlikely visitor. The old man returns to life as Boris the Tortoise, and becomes the companion of Elaine, a young girl who sees him in a toy store. Little does Elaine know, there's more to Boris than just a cuddly friend!
