Publisher's Synopsis
Evan Parker is a hot shot real estate developer who likes to shake things up at city hall. When his company becomes interested in the Hollywood Quarters, a downtrodden community in Atlanta, people start dying. Things are further complicated when a former enemy comes back into Evan's life and threatens all that's dear to him. Evan's love life is made problematic by a bevy of women who seem to latch unto him everywhere he goes including New Orleans for a business opportunity. Follow him along with his junior associate, Samantha James, and best friend, Pete Calloway as they attempt to expose the deep seated corruption that has a city teetering on the brink.
