Publisher's Synopsis
It seemed impossible that Pete was dead and Angie was in jail; that Glori had been tied up and I had been kidnapped and taken to Tony Lamonte's house. People usually don't come back from one of those rides, but the gods must have been smiling and my one-way ride had a return stamped on it. I've had a hunky cop following me for inside information on Pete, of which I had none of. Oh, and lest I forget, my cousin, Glori convinced me to pay a visit to the neighborhood witch to save Angie. I haven't told you yet that Angie is our youngest cousin and decidedly dumb when it comes to picking husbands. The story gets better but I'm getting ahead of myself - It really all started a long time ago.....
