Giant Monster Farmarna may have been evicted from the earth, but that's hardly going to stop him. The rocket he's been trapped inside has managed to make its way across the universe and crash lands on a Goldilocks planet known as Upent. Very soon, Farmarna has revived and is back to his destructive ways. The human beings who reside on the world try everything they can to stop the monster, but nothing seems to work. When the nuclear bomb is considered, a desperate race against time begins to corral Farmarna away from man. This time, the earth is not enough when the entire universe is imposed with FARMARNA'S MONSTER MARTIAL LAW!
