Owen and Porter are conjoined twins inhabiting one body with two heads, one torso - and two very different hearts. They have to learn to compromise, alternating the days on which each has control over what they do. But while Porter becomes a high school jock hero, complete with cheerleader girlfriend, sensitive Owen gradually realises that he's gay. Porter's unease over his brother's sexuality leaves Owen feeling alienated from his twin, especially when Porter falls in love and a complicated love triangle develops, threatening to destroy their relationship.
