Harriet Cassidy is miles aways. She finds Kate McNeil of Stillwater. A runaway, who has found herself way over her head. Trying to follow in Harriet's footsteps.
Harriet returns with Katie to Stillwater. The place is a ghost town. Those left live in fear of the violent deaths happening around them. To Harriet it's all too familiar to what happened here a year ago.
