In this Franklin TV Storybook, our hero's birthday is only a week away and this year he wants to have the best party ever. When he asks his friends what they'd like to do, they all have different ideas. Beaver suggests going to a theme park. Franklin agrees and rushes home to tell his parents. But the theme park is very expensive and Franklin is only allowed to bring two friends. How will Franklin ever choose?
