This book is about accepting ourselves just they way we are, about accepting our way of being in the world. young old . big or small, making time for us, finding balance, and not accepting being treated poorly. It also also includes little tidbits of how important it is to have friends and people in our lives, to live a balanced life with responsibilities and boundaries as well as finding time to relax and have fun. Most of all this book is to offer encouragement to you the reader and be the voice for all the things we might want to say to some one but don't. sort of the the unspoken word. life is made up of moments big and small. At times these moments can be so hard and get us so down that we might not be able to look in the mirror and see our true reflections. Good news is we can change the narrative. Walk with me through my writings let me show you that life is worth living, that you are enough. All you have to do is look in the mirror and see what I see.
