Publisher's Synopsis
Tetra lives a simple life. Her and her partner Aurelius do mercenary work for money. She spends her money on whatever she wants until the next job. So she thinks nothing of it when they are assigned to retrieve some smuggled cargo lost deep beneath the city.
She didn't account for the possibility that that cargo might in fact be a rogue sorcerer, or that that sorcerer would be quite so pretty. Now there's an entire city after them, and it's making her once simple life a lot more complicated.
