I have created this journal with class participants in mind and have set it out with prompts based on conversations I have had with my own participants over the last decade. When we embark on a fitness or health journey we often start with a very specific goal but on that journey we achieve other things that we didn't even know we were looking for. This journal is to help you document that so you can look back and remember how far you have come, even if your initial goal has been put to the side, There is space for you to put a before photograph if you wish (I highly recommend, there are subtle changes in the body that we don't notice without side by side images.There is space to set your initial goals and write out a plan of what need to happen to achieve them. Then, each time you go to class or do a session take a minute to complete the prompt questions before and after the session. This is yours to use in whatever way you find best
