This book tells an inspiring story of the author's struggle with endometriosis, which interrupted her studies as a college student. In Part II of the book she talks about how she manages her physical health with nutrition, exercise and stress management. Part III deals with managing her emotional and mental health by maintaining healthy relationships and a healthy state of mind. This includes challenging herself with new goals, and finding ways to achieve them no matter how difficult they may seem.
This book encourages us to meet every challenge as an opportunity. The author's success in pursuing treatment of her endometriosis became the basis for her belief in the ability for all of us to succeed no matter what difficulty life hands us, and she details the blueprint she uses to continue to live a fulfilling, challenging and ultimately rewarding life.
