Similarly, coloring has been proven to have positive effects on mental well-being.
This coloring book contains 30 one-of-a-kind mandalas that are based on hand-drawn designs by Heather. The designs have been digitized and arranged in a way that allows you to color them and create your own unique artwork. Additionally, all designs are printed single-sided. Please note that no AI tools were used in the designing or drawing of any of the designs featured in this book.
