Publisher's Synopsis
The concept of strategic entrepreneurship remains underdeveloped. Therefore in chapter 1 we ask the question: How can various aspects of strategic entrepreneurship provide us with more insight into intrapreneurial intensity? In chapter 2 we discusses the development of the type of knowledge held to be crucial for creativity and innovation, and which is referred to here as hidden knowledge. The question investigated is: How can organizations develop hidden knowledge? In chapter 3 we investigate how tacit knowledge, organizational learning and innovation are linked. In chapter 4 we ask the question: How can we develop policy models of entrepreneurship and innovation at organizational level? In chapter 5 we investigate the following question: What are the knowledge conditions for new venture creation?
