As a matter of first importance, we should discuss what a Kegel is and what it does. You've heard the expression "pelvic floor muscles" or "Kegel" muscles, correct? The pelvic floor is a bowl or lounge of skeletal muscles (think similar stuff to what your biceps or quads are composed of) that is, in a real sense, the "floor" of your center.
