Publisher's Synopsis
Doreen ran away from home and went to the city where she found a small room in South Boston with a friendly landlady. She was hired by a prominent law firm and although they got off to a bad start, she soon was indispensable to the partner she was assigned to work with. Doreen (Dorrie) is chosen to accompany her lawyer to a fund raising event and she enjoys herself immensely. What the lawyer has her do is surprising to her, but she comes through with flying colors.
