Publisher's Synopsis
Lucy Lambert (Lou to her friends) had never imagined herself as a ballet dancer - that is until she met Mrs Dillon, the old Russian lady who lives upstairs. Now she can't wait to start ballet lessons, but her mum just can't afford to send her to thelocal ballet school. As well as giving Lou lessons, Mrs Dillon uses her past fame as a dancer to get Lou into ballet school and make her dream of learning to dance come true.
