DESCRIPTION I began writing this book knowing that I wanted to share with everyone the success I had with weight loss. It was a struggle to lose weight, most of all a journey. When I first began, I weighed in at around 225 pounds in 2014, after finishing my program the end of 2015, I lost over 65 pounds. For me this was exceptionally amazing to find what I discovered during the weight loss process, because I was never a small person not even in high school. This is my story, my experience, I am just sharing how I did it and maybe my story will inspire someone. Someone who is struggling with weight loss can definantly relate.
