Publisher's Synopsis
Mariam was a good wholesome country girl whose parents instilled morals in her. Her father lost his job and he wanted to move his family from the country to the city. City life was a big change for her and her siblings. Mariam finds herself trying to fit in once she lays her eyes on a bad boy named Jamaal. He is a known basketball player whom she'll do anything to get his attention and once she does, it changes her life.
