Human resources is the set of individuals who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, or economy. Human capital is sometimes used synonymously with human resources, although human capital typically refers to a more narrow view. The text Managing Human Resources: Productivity, Quality of Work Life, Profits explicitly links the relationship between productivity, quality of work life, and profits to various human resource management activities.First chapter exposes the relationship between human resource management and organizational performance through the use of nonlinear modeling technique. In second chapter, we review the human resources management outsourcing research in domestic and overseas, establish a model and then propose research hypotheses. The aim of third chapter is to demonstrate the impact of the effectiveness of the application of human resources management system in corporate performance which perspective of workers in the banking sector in Jordanian firm.
