Bedtime reading for little trouble-makers! When Manny is told the children can't pick any mangoes from the tree in the apt. building courtyard, he feels it's not fair, the children tended the tree all year. The undocumented parents are afraid to act, so the children go on strike, scaring the grownups and raising one big hullabaloo.
