Publisher's Synopsis
Hoping for a bicycle on christmas morning and seeing no sign of one in the presents his mother is wrapping, thomas decides to explore. But, after open- ing all the boxes, he finds only things for grown ups. When his parents discover the tangled wrappings and opened gifts, his father sternly declares 'there will be no presents for you this christmas'. A contrite thomas tries to make amends by helping his mother...But as the holiday approaches, he sees no signs that his father will relent. Then on christmas morning when everyone else has opened thier gifts, father sends thomas to the hallway where he finds a bright red bike. NOT UK/OM
