Publisher's Synopsis
The Nueces Strip, down near the Rio Grande, is home to a bunch of cutthroats, & a local hard-working rancher is losing thousands of cattle to rustlers. McMasters is called in, & gets a tip that a powerful man from across the border is the culprit.
