Agents Sydney Bristow and Marcus Dixon are hot on the trail of international drug lord David Lowell, creator of a mind-control drug called Sway - a substance so potent that in the wrong hands it could be one of the world's most dangerous bio weapons. Determined to find out the location of Lowell's lab and halt production of the drug, Sydney and Dixon go undercover as big-time drug dealers. Things don't go quite as planned, and Sydney is forced to ingest a dose of Sway and commanded to turn on her APO counterparts. Can she break free from the drug's powerful grip before Lowell carries out his sinister plan?
