The culture of the car has evolved over many decades. Today we're trying to make quite a momentous shift away from fossil fuel vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs). In the second part, the details of why this invention is so compelling are laid out. The issues and challenges are also addressed. Some analyses are given that should provide adequate confidence in the viability of modular swap.
