Publisher's Synopsis
Growing up in Nazi Germany, Otto Heinz has joined the notorious Hitler Youth program to impress his father. Bullied at school and without any friends, the young boy craves acceptance and male leadership, the perfect setup for abuse. When a lascivious young man replaces his former camp captain, Otto's life turns into a living hell. With no one to tell at home, and accusations already made, Otto finds himself bound for a juvenile detention camp for homosexuals. The only way Otto can ever hope to be free is to stand up to his abuser and tell the truth to his untrusting father...but for the rejected boy, that seems out of the question.
