Publisher's Synopsis
Many call me eccentric or too strong-willed but it is just a bit of both which has helped me develop a habit of writing something daily. I have created something I call the value-based habit to keep this stream of thought and writing going. I wake up at almost 3:30 am every day, write or type for the next 3-4 hours non-stop by the time my family gets up, I am done with most of my typing and what I do the rest of the time is just re-work or re-read what I typed, how I could make it better or which additional chapter can help me finish my book. All of this leads me to my first daily value of the day which comes at around 7-8 am in the form of my first coffee for the day. Anything more would need substantial similar amounts of work or activity.
