Nakota is awakened by a noise, only to discover a lost talking goat named Bjorn in his closet. After some discussion, Nakota agrees to take Bjorn back through his closet to Bjorn's home in the land of Oohwah. On their way to Bjorn's house, in Oowah, Nakota and Bjorn stumble into a great adventure, overcome hurdles, encounter a giant, escape a giant clam, meet an elefin, and meet a flower-collecting scientist space-girl named Zurl. "Nakota's Great Adventure" comes in three versions: 1) Aspen Edition, 2) Mahogany Edition, and 3) Chestnut Edition. In The Aspen Edition the main character, Nakota, is blond with fair skin; In the Mahogany Edition Nakota is dark brown with black hair; In the Chestnut Edition Nakota is medium brown with black hair. 88 pages. 85 full color illustrations.
