Der Umgang mit dem nationalsozialistischen Erbe in Gedächtnisinstitutionen in Österreich und Deutschland ist eine aktuelle wie zeitlose Debatte. The Austrian National Library and the Department of Contemporary History of the University of Vienna hosted a conference on the topic of National Socialism on the Internet. The contributions address how libraries, archives, museums and research institutions could deal with the issue in a responsible manner and how institutions and the public could raise awareness and prevent the misuse of digitised online content.
