Tris fink was written with a two-fold design. One part 'of the design was to answer some of the objections made against the Order of odd-fellows in a course of lectures published by the Rev. Joseph T. Cooper, D. D., some two years ago. The other part of the design was to correct certain erroneous impressions believed to be somewhat prevalent in the Order.
